Policies + FAQs

Hours of Operation: Parker Collective Co. is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, however orders may be placed 24/7 on our site. Please allow 24-48 hours for email inquiries. Emails received after 5pm CST on Friday thru Sunday will be responded to on Monday, our next business day. We are a small business run out of our home studio. We also manage our home along with our 3 young kiddos. Your grace is greatly appreciated as we juggle all the things. 

Returns + Exchanges: We want you to love your item(s) and currently allow returns/exchanges within 30 days from purchase on all items except for final sale or custom items.

To exchange an item, please fill out the quick form here. Once we receive your item in original and unused condition, we will offer a shop credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for. Any discounts or promotions used cannot transfer over to the new purchase. Customer is responsible for shipment costs to return the item to PO BOX 173, Mayville, WI, 53050. Please note, exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days after receiving to be processed. Custom items or items listed as final sale are not eligible for exchanges/returns.

Turn-Around Time: All Items are MADE TO ORDER - unless otherwise stated. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing + shipping (3-5 business days) for in-stock items to arrive at your doorstep. Orders are processed in the order they are received. 

If you receive an incorrect item, please keep the packaging from your order and email us at hello@parkercollectiveco.com for a prepaid return shipping label. Use the original packaging to ship the incorrect items back to us. We will get your correct order out once the return is received. 

If a package is returned back to us for insufficient address - buyer is responsible for purchase of a shipping label for product to be re-sent. 

*All sale and discount items are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations. They are also subject to limited availability. Please note, returns are only accepted for items purchased at full price, this excludes items purchased from sales or any other purchase made with a discount.

We strive to send out orders within 1-2 weeks of ordering.

Shipping: Parker Collective Co. utilizes USPS for our shipping method. Once shipped, Parker Collective Co. is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to protect against these instances, please notify us before placing your order. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not presented at the time of checkout. Typically, shipping labels are printed in batches, so your label may show a delay in shipment details. Receiving a shipment notification does not mean your order has been shipped, but that the label has been created. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS. 

International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping ranges from $10-25 depending on the destination + weight of the package. Please allow for longer shipping time for your order to arrive at your home. We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as this is out of our control. 

Shipping Changes: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to hello@parkercollectiveco.com within 30 minutes of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)".

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders may take up to 4 weeks to process + shipping (3-5 business days). Please understand that this window may be 1-2 weeks longer if there is an issue with apparel back orders. All items placed with a pre-order item will ship in one order when the pre-order comes into stock. 

Order Changes: Please make sure to verify all items being purchased before checkout. Once your order is placed, all sales are final, and no changes/combining orders/cancellations can be made. To be fair to all customers, no exceptions.

Discounts, Store Credits, + Gift Cards: Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases and are not applicable to price adjustments. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Gift cards must be applied at time of purchase and we will not apply it towards an order once placed. No exceptions.

Terms of Use + Liability:  Parker Collective Co. will not be liable for any accidental occurrences. Items are not meant to be worn as sleepwear and accessories/hoodies should be removed before sleep.

We promise to only recommend products that we personally use and/or love.

Inquiries: Parker Collective Co. is available via Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, however it is possible for us to miss questions or inquiries due to the high volume of traffic we receive each day. Please make sure to email us at hello@parkercollectiveco.com with any collaboration, wholesale, or order questions. PLEASE include your order number if inquiring about an order placed. We will get back with you as soon as possible, typically 24-48 hours after receipt. Keep in mind that emails over the weekend may be responded to on our next business day, Monday.
